I did a 4.5km run tonight. Felt good. The only reason it wasn’t a full 5km was because I didn’t want to push it to hard after my knee problem the other night. Turned out I could have done more. Anyway, I’ll do a longish run tomorrow.

April 25th, 2010Did a 7k run last night. Went pretty well. The only problem is that I may have injured my knee. Just have to take it easy.

April 24th, 2010Yesterday I finished my 9 week running program. Now I need to find a new plan to follow. I think I’ll follow some info from some very good running sites to try to get to 10Km in about 3 months.
1st use of RunTracker iphone app
April 17th, 2010Well, yesterday i did my 1st run using RunTracker. Worked out really well with great stats and useful info. All up I’d recommend using it. I’m looking forward to logging more runs with it
SPIbelt
April 15th, 2010I got my SPIbelt yesterday and did my 1st run with it last night and it was very good. The iPhone sat very steady in it and didn’t bounce around at all. All in all it was well worth the money.
Finally got an iPhone
April 13th, 2010Well, after. Waiting for the Nexus One to arrive in AU, I finally got sick of waiting and bought an iPhone I have to admit, it’s a lot better than I thought. My only complaint is the heavy control Apple has on apps for it, and their tight control on what apps can get on there. Oh well, at least I have a decent device now
